Announcement of eSOL’s New Management Structure
eSOL has announced the appointment of Masaki Gondo as the company’s CEO, CTO, President, and Representative Director as of March 28, 2025.
Under the new management structure, eSOL will replace its old business unit structure with a departmental structure, thereby improving the ability of top leadership to directly drive the business. As well as seeking to accelerate business decision making, this will better establish the practice of all eSOL employees working as “One Team” to develop the business, under the leadership team of directors and executive directors.
This year marks the 50th anniversary of eSOL as a business. Under the leadership of Gondo, eSOL will renew its effort to enable its corporate mission of “contributing to society by creating markets with our innovative technologies” on a global level.
“Design Principles for SDV Architectures: What is Decoupling?” Part 1: What is an SDV?
This series of blogs shines a light on the concept of decoupling (separation of software and hardware and of software with different levels of safety and security), a key architectural requirement as SDVs move on from concept evaluation to enter the commercial development stage. The following topics will be covered:
How can such an architecture be implemented on the heterogenous multi-core SoCs currently available from semiconductor vendors?
How can ASIL safety requirements be achieved without compromising the ongoing agile evolution of SDV systems?
The functionality provided by eMCOS, a real-time OS that enables decoupling and is ideal for SDV development
In this first blog of the series, we take a deep dive into the question, “What is an SDV?”
We were thrilled to be a part of Embedded World this year in Nuremberg. We showcased eSOL's Full Stack Engineering solutions for mission-critical systems based on eMCOS scalable and certifiable RTOS platform.
Our experts successfully met with numerous business and technology partners, embedded system designers, and developers. Following a fruitful experience at this year’s show, we already look forward to Embedded World 2026!
