eMCOS® POSIX Now Supports RZ/T2H High-End MPU from Renesas Electronics

Support for the eMCOS POSIX scalable real-time OS has been added for the RZ/T2H from Renesas Electronics. This advanced high-end MPU offers a high-level of application processing and high-precision real-time control. The RZ/T2H combines an Arm Cortex-A55 quad-core CPU for application processing, and an Arm Cortex-R52 dual-core CPU for real-time control. Networking functions include time-sensitive networking (TSN) and support for a range of industrial Ethernet protocols – including EtherCAT, EtherNet/IP, and PROFINET RT/IRT.
