This adoption follows our successful track record with Nintendo, having previously supported the Nintendo Switch™ (2017) and Nintendo Switch Lite (2019).

We are thrilled to share a major development from our partner, G-Pulse (a subsidiary of Intron Technology).

G-Pulse has successfully ported eSOL's eMCOS^® POSIX (ISO 26262 ASIL-D certified) to the ARM Cortex-A78 high-performance core of the Horizon Journey 6M chip.

Why this matters: Traditionally, high-performance A-cores in domain controller often rely on non-functional safety OSs, creating a "safety gap" alongside secure MCUs. By running eMCOS on the A-core, this solution creates a unified, full-stack safety system, ensuring end-to-end safety from sensor input to control command.
