First Public Demonstration of eMCOS® Real-Time Operating System Running on the NXP GoldBox for Vehicle Networking Development Platform
eSOL will showcase the first public demonstration of its next-generation scalable real-time operating system eMCOS POSIX running on the NXP GoldBox powered by the S32G vehicle network processor at Embedded World 2024, the largest embedded development technology event in Europe.
eMCOS SDK (software development kit) supports NXP’s S32G vehicle network processor. It simplifies the process of developing automotive vehicle computers, service-oriented gateways (SoGs), domain control applications, high-performance processing, and safety and security applications based on eMCOS.
Centered around the eMCOS POSIX multikernel RTOS, eMCOS SDK "all-in-one" integrated package provides a comprehensive commercial bundle of development tools and runtime software that integrate seamlessly into a CI/CD toolchain and reduce the complexity of developing and deploying critical embedded applications. It enables the latest development environment and style for Software-Factory, which is gaining prominence in the development of Software-Defined Vehicles (SDV).
